Our Speaker, Dann Spader: Dr. Dann Spader, founder of Concentric Global and Sonlife Ministries, brings decades of ministry experience and a passion for disciple-making to FLOURISH. A Moody Bible Institute alumnus and recent 'Alumnus of the Year' awardee, Dann has impacted over a million leaders worldwide through his discipleship training, with certified trainers in 100+ countries. Author of “4 Chair Discipling” and “Live Like Jesus,” he continues to inspire leaders globally. Known for his trips to Israel focused on the life of Christ, Dann offers deep insights into effective leadership and disciple-making movements that empower churches around the world.

Doug Parks, CEO and Co-founder of Intentional Churches, developed ChurchOS, a biblically-based leadership system helping hundreds of churches worldwide clarify vision and grow disciples. With over 17 years as an executive pastor and a passion for the local church, Doug continues to inspire leaders to reignite their commitment to the Great Commission.

Special Guest Speaker (Friday), George Beech: George Beech is the Executive Director and Senior Chaplain for Salt & Light Partners, providing emotional and spiritual support to first responders in southeastern Minnesota. George is an experienced pastor and business professional with master's degrees in human resource management, strategic leadership, and Biblical and theological studies. He strives to create a community where care for the spirit and heart are part of workplace wellness programs. George is a Minnesota native married to Christine for 30 years. They have two adult children and four grandchildren. Fun fact – George and Christine met at a rifle range while they were both serving in the US Army in Germany.
